Cancellation Fee
Please note that 24 hours notice of cancellation of any appointment
is required for all bookings otherwise a statutory charge of 50% of the cost
will be made.
Terms and Conditions
The appointment time allows for changing, filling in relevant
health questionnaires and booking further appointments etc.
Long appointments lasting over 2 hours require a deposit of 25%.
Courses of treatments are paid for at the first treatment and are
non-transferable.
Gift vouchers are available for all treatments and products. They
are valid for 1 year and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
