Salon Terms & Conditions

Booking
We recommend that you book your treatments in advance in order to receive your preferred date and time.
Long appointments, lasting over 2 hours require a deposit of 25% to be made at the tim of booking.

Arrival
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so that we can check you into the salon.
In order that you benefit fully from your relaxation time with us and as a courtesy to other clients,
we ask that mobile phones be switched off in the salon.

Lateness
We regret that it may be necessary to treat appointments as cancelled if clients arrive more than 15 minutes late.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or products, these are valid for 1 year from date of issue.

Courses
Courses of treatments must be paid for at the first treatment and are non-transferable.
Non attendance of any treatment during any course will result in the loss of that treatment and will be unavailable for rebooking.

Cancellation
Clients who wish to change or cancel an appointment are kindly requested to provide 24 hours notice, or the full cost of the appointment will be charged.

All Body and Beauty Studio offer's are subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.

Recommend a Friend
This card entitles the bearer to 25% discount on their first visit to The Body and Beauty Studio.
Clients must purchase a full priced treatment to receive this offer.

Corporate Club
This offer is valid purely to company owners and staff.
To enjoy your 10% discount as member you must bring a valid Corporate Club card.
