What is Celluma LED Light Therapy and how does it work?
Celluma Light Therapy combines three lights: blue 415nm, Red 633nm and Near Infrared 830nm wavelengths to combat various skin conditions.
Blue Light:
The Celluma blue light helps destroy the bacteria that causes acne. The Celluma blue light also aids normal oil production helping to reduce active acne, prevent future breakouts and improve overall clarity of the skin.
Red Light:
The red light helps accelerate cell renewal and repair. By increasing cell turnover and circulation, the red light “triggers” collagen and elastin production, increasing the skin’s hydration. This process offers immediate visible effects in skin tone and appearance.
Near Infrared 830nm:
This light is concerned with skin repair. It is the most deeply absorbed light by the skin. What’s more, this light has additional healing benefits for soothing redness and irritation. Exposure to this light helps trigger the skin’s anti-inflammatory processes to expedite repair. Near-infrared aids by strengthening environmentally damaged and sensitive skin conditions, as well as being effective in the treatment of age spots and hyperpigmentation.
